This Privacy Policy explains how AgileTech Staffing Inc. (a Canadian federal corporation, also operating its product division under the registered business name Stratagem Labs) — referred to below as "AgileTech," "we," "us," or "our" — collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website, agiletechstaffing.ca.

Scope. This policy covers this website only — in practice, the contact form on this site and the technical information generated by visiting it. It does not cover data processed inside Stratagem Labs products (such as Helix); data handling for those products is governed by the applicable Stratagem Labs product terms provided with each product.

1. Who is responsible for your information

AgileTech Staffing Inc. is the organization accountable for personal information collected through this website. We are based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. For all privacy matters, contact us at contact@agiletechstaffing.ca.

2. What we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and your message.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically generates standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and the site does not set tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are emailed to us (via our email delivery provider, Resend) so we can reply to you.
• To follow up on your inquiry by email, where you have asked us to or where a response reasonably requires it.
• To operate and secure the website (server logs).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Consent and electronic messages (CASL)

By submitting the contact form, you consent to AgileTech collecting the information you provide and contacting you by email about your inquiry. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), replying to your inquiry is a response you have requested. We will not send you commercial electronic messages beyond that correspondence unless you separately consent, and any such message will identify us and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address above.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run this website, each of which may process limited personal information on our behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting and the serverless function that processes contact form submissions.
• Resend — email delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — font files are loaded from Google's servers, which receive standard web request data (such as your IP address) when the page loads.

These providers may store or process data outside Canada (including in the United States). Where personal information is transferred to a service provider, it remains subject to this policy and to contractual protections, but it may also be accessible to authorities in the jurisdiction where it is stored, under that jurisdiction's laws.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained as email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course. Hosting logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard retention periods.

7. Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for the website and form submissions, and access limited to those who need it to respond to you.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law — including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25 — you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Withdraw consent to our use of your information (which may limit our ability to respond to you);
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements;
• Ask questions or lodge a complaint about our practices.

9. Confidentiality incidents

If a privacy breach or confidentiality incident involving your personal information creates a real risk of significant harm (or, in Quebec, a risk of serious injury), we will notify you and the applicable regulator as required by law, and we maintain a record of such incidents.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
