These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website agiletechstaffing.ca (the "Site"), operated by AgileTech Staffing Inc., a Canadian federal corporation based in Oakville, Ontario, whose product division operates under the registered business name Stratagem Labs ("AgileTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site provides information about AgileTech's consulting, quality engineering, DevSecOps, and staffing services, and links to products offered by our Stratagem Labs division. The Site is informational; it does not itself provide services, create a client relationship, or constitute professional advice.

2. Products are governed by separate terms

Software products referenced on this Site (including Helix) are offered under the Stratagem Labs brand and are governed by their own product terms and privacy documentation, available with each product. These Terms of Use apply to this Site only.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site or its contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or its form-processing functions.
• Do not scrape or harvest personal information from the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, layout, graphics, and logos — are owned by AgileTech Staffing Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use; any other reproduction or distribution requires our prior written permission. "AgileTech," "Stratagem Labs," and associated product names are trade names or trademarks of AgileTech Staffing Inc.

5. Information on the Site

We aim to keep the Site accurate and current, but content is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Descriptions of past engagements are illustrative and anonymized; outcomes vary by engagement and no specific result is promised.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites, including stratagemlabs.ai and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileTech Staffing Inc., its directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under Canadian consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
